Description
A 178-unit, three-building apartment complex on the west shore of Hicks Lake (4.98 acres), with two recreational structures, an in-ground pool and spa, sport court, picnic shelters, and shoreline access. One of two apartment projects planned along Hicks Lake — the companion is Gayteway at Hicks Lake (City project #20-190, 132 units).
