Description
The residential component of the Hogum Bay Town Center master plan (City project #22-0188), developed by Urban Olympia next to the town center commercial core and right by I-5. One- and two-bedroom plans (548-1,034 sq ft). Roughly 350 market-rate apartments are planned across the town center's four mixed-use residential buildings.
