Description
A major mixed-use project in the Woodland District: two five-story apartment buildings with approximately 376 residential units and approximately 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, pitched for land east of Huntamer Park. The City of Lacey carries it as project #23-0047; a state air-quality permit record for the project's south building was active as of September 2026.
