Lacey's water system is getting more planning attention in Hawks Prairie. Per The JOLT News (Kameko Marquez, Sept. 9, 2026), the Lacey Public Works Department is seeking a consulting firm to assess treatment technologies and facility alternatives for the recently added Marvin Road production well.
The well site sits northwest of Marvin Road NE and 41st Avenue NE, near the existing Hawks Prairie wells and treatment facility.
