Ricardo's Reopens in Lacey After Major Remodel
The longtime Lacey steakhouse has a fresh look, a new speakeasy-style cocktail space and a redesigned dining experience.
676 Woodland Square Loop SE, Lacey
Ricardo's Kitchen + Bar — the longtime, family-owned Lacey steakhouse known for dry-aged beef — reopened Saturday, September 26, 2026 with a soft opening after a three-month renovation.
The remodel is the biggest change in the restaurant's recent history. A former wine room has been converted into an intimate, speakeasy-style cocktail space, and the bar now opens into an expanded community space known as The Hub. The dining room itself has been redesigned, and the kitchen leans into a kitchen-theater concept that puts the craft of the meal on full display.
Going forward, hours are 4–8pm Mondays, 3–8:30pm Tuesdays through Thursdays, and 3–9:30pm Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations are available through the restaurant's website.
Ricardo's sits in the Woodland Square Loop area of Lacey's Woodland District, just across from Huntamer Park — where co-owner Dan Nelsen's newest project, the Italian restaurant Bottega, opened earlier this year.
